A hidden gem in Florence

The rooms were beautifully clean with high ceilings, and I enjoyed sipping coffee on the quaint balcony overlooking the courtyard. The staff was helpful!

Absolutely great hotel, the staff were absolutely friendly. The room was spacious, featured a safe, a minibar, and central heating. I really enjoyed the breakfast with a wide range of local food. The location of the venue was great and fantastic - just a short walk away from a prominent art museum. Distance to the airport was just 10 km

The laundry machine's utter failure left our clothes wet and us frustrated!!! Finding affordable parking in the ZTL zone was downright confusing and stressful!!! A clearer system for parking would be a welcome improvement!!!

Location near piazza Santa Croce stands out. Loved the clean room with a modern bath and high ceilings. The desk staff may not be around all the time, but they responded quickly via text or phone. Bag storage was a huge plus since the airline mishandled my luggage. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the first night was uncomfortably warm. The public areas weren't very cute. Breakfast was limited, with only pastries and drinks offered in a vegetarian restaurant nearby. The room itself was small, and I encountered issues like incorrect key codes. Despite the problems, the positives of location and cleanliness were great.

Just a fitting option for a city break in Florence with fantastic value. The self-check-in was straightforward, made arriving after a long day easy. Be prepared for street noise in the evenings if you're a light sleeper.

Perfect spot in Florence

We loved staying here for 4 nights! The bed was massive and so comfy. AC was a lifesaver after wandering the streets. It's in a cool area with lots of bars and coffee spots nearby. The only thing was a bit of noise from the street at times, but it wasn't too bad. Definitely recommend checking it out!
